Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

📌 Custom-made curtains are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be credited in 5 business days

Replacement

For approved returns/exchanges the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
